Trade Show Exhibit Hall Booths

$1,100 (Members) | $1,600 (Non-members)

Exhibitor fees include:

• Attendance for two company representatives
• Listing in program guide and website
• Recognition and link on conference app/website
• Welcome Reception and Exhibit Hall Cocktail Reception both provide great networking opportunities!
• Pre-conference attendee list with contact information (emailed one week prior to conference)
• Continental breakfast and lunch for registered exhibitors on each day of the conference
• Booth details:
  • One 8' x 10’ exhibit booth in Exhibit Hall
  • Skirted table (6’ x 30”), 2 folding chairs, waste basket, identification signage, and one complimentary 110-watt 15-amp outlet

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you require additional electrical power, shipping/drayage, or other services at your exhibit booth, you must request these items from AEX Convention Services directly via the Exhibitor Packet. Charges for these services are NOT included in the registration booth fee and must be settled between the exhibiting company and AEX Convention Services.

Booth Selection:

Larger booths are reserved for Premier sponsors. All other exhibit booths shall be reserved on a first come, first served basis.

Booth Staff:

Booth staff must be employees of the registered exhibitor. All sponsors are allotted a specific number of conference sponsor registrations. Any additional booth staff will be charged $550 per person.

Fine Print:

Exhibits will only be permitted in the official exhibit area. Exhibitor space assignment will be determined in order of receipt of paid registration. For safety & courtesy of others, exhibits may only project within allotted space, & aisles must remain clear for traffic.

Nothing shall be posted, tacked, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors, or other parts of hotel or conference exhibit hall area without permission of partnership* conference site representative. Packing, unpacking, & assembly of exhibits shall be done in designated areas & conform to instructions from “partnership.” Distribution of promotional gummed stickers/labels prohibited. If any machinery or displays contain substance that may leak, please bring plastic with you. Exhibitors are liable for damage caused. Purchasing a booth or sponsorship indicates consent to the policies stated here and in the Exhibitor Regulations & Policies.
